Web development and graphic design market is rather competitive, and we understand that the customer’s designer gets service with an optimal price/quality ratio. We would be more than happy to take part in your tender unless it requires from a participant to provide free art work, design mock-up or any other stuff beyond a normal written proposal. We are sorry, but we do not work for free.
